Guidelines for my science project

Question:

What angle will launch the marble furthest?

Scientific Facts I Have Learned:
1. Gravity pulls down an object.
2. Friction slows down an object
3. Motion is a change of position of an object.
My Hypothesis

I think that a 45 degree angle will launch the marble furthest

The Variable:

It will be the angle changing by 5 degrees each time(5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50.) Oh, and I stopped rolling the marble down the ramp when it couldn’t make it up the jump 5 times.
